Bond

Paste blocks with Block Bond. Fill larger voids with Block Bond and AAC pebbles.

Align

Check vertical and horizontal plumb with a 6 ft aluminium tube.

Reinforce

Load ERP-Fiber; embed 45 GSM nylon mesh while wet; remove excess.

Level

After 24 hours, apply the second ERP-Fiber coat and level evenly.

Finish

Apply ERP-Smooth at 2–3 mm; level, dry 8–10 hours and apply final coat.

6

Paint

Scrape dry in both directions to achieve a smooth, paintable surface.
